Application Fee

The application fee is nonrefundable. The application is due April 1, 2012 and the late application deadline is April 15, 2012.

Payment of Fees

The balance of the camp and academy fee is due by June 15, 2012. The total academy fee may be paid at any time after the committee selection of May 1, 2012.

Payment instructions will be included on your committee award selection letter and announcement.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

To cancel a registration or a waitlist spot, send an email to jjones@nationalyouthleadershipcamp.com.

Cancellations received only before June 1, 2012 will receive a full refund.

National Youth Leadership Camp and Academy only grants partial half refunds after June 1, 2012 ONLY IF:

• Family emergency (in case of family member death or family emergency as deemed by Academy staff. In this case written notification must be received before the student’s academy camp week begins.

No refunds will be made if the student does not attend camp/academy program or leaves early for any other reason.
